Ransomes Wharf is located on the northern edge of the London Borough of Wandsworth, 100 metres south of the River Thames and a short walk from Battersea Park and Chelsea Embankment. The development comprises of 118 high quality, private and affordable apartments along with flexible commercial space. Working for Strutt & Parker, CiD were tasked with creating a winning creative pitch document and website presentation to summarise the S&P team expertise and marketing strategy.
Unforgettably laser-etched
Taking the pitch beyond the ordinary, CiD produced a large laser engraved ‘treasure box’ to house a select number of beautifully embossed brochures for Ransomes Wharf. We rationalised an early-stage branding exercise to grab the client’s attention and by carefully including the nautical theme throughout the deliverables we were able to demonstrate the creativity and expertise S&P would bring to the future project.
The art of the reveal
Once again working to a tight deadline and a tight budget, CiD were able to design and print a select number of brochures and boxes. We also designed a presentation website, that allowed the S&P team to maximise the available time and refine their presentation to win the pitch.
