There can be only one winning pitch


An audacious winning brochure and box design created for Strutt & Parker for a competitive pitch for the new 1-5 Grosvenor Place Peninsula hotel and residencies in SW1. CiD created a motif of the new building footprint, heat stamped into the cover of the brochure and the exterior of the display box, both finished in a combination of gold foils, silk ribbon and suede materials to add gravitas to the overall pitch presentation.

Working in synergy

CiD were tasked with bringing together the design of the portfolio of exemplar work and benchmark examples within the Strutt & Parker portfolio and, working closely with the S&P team in an unreasonable short turnaround timeline of 3 weeks, structure the contents of a comprehensive presentation brochure outlining the sales and marketing strategy for the development.

Digital layflat design

As with most pitches, rapid turnaround is key to success, but through careful planning and staggering production, CiD were able to design and print a short run of exclusive (60pp) hard back brochures and have an equal number of display boxes made within a three-week turnaround from start to finish, to meet the tight submission deadline and win the pitch for Strutt & Parker.
