185 Park Street

Making waves on the Southbank

Share

CiD produced a successful pitch document for Strutt & Parker (BNP Paribas Real Estates) for the redevelopment of the former National Grid Headquarters, 185 Park Street, a large mixed-use development on London’s cultural Southbank. The development, designed by renowned London architects Squire & Partners, lies adjacent to the Tate modern and the undulating curves of the façade present a fresh and distinct contrast to other towers on London’s skyline. The development consists of three towers, one mixed use 10 storey block and two residential towers with 14 and 18 storeys respectively, providing 163 open-plan, light-filled apartments with a landscaped boulevard.

Successfully unique

CiD created an attention-grabbing pitch consisting of packs of three proposals housed in a vibrant Perspex slip case to successfully win the pitch for Strutt & Parker. The eye catching, contemporary Perspex slip cases referenced the curved façade of the buildings and the proximity of the site to the Tate Modern. Our pitch proposal was designed and produced within the space of two weeks and included an interactive pdf presentation.
