A new refurbished second floor office development in the heart of London close to Regent Street and adjacent to the famous Fortnum & Mason department store. Strutt & Parker and Savills, working for the Portland Estates, appointed CiD to refine the office brand and create a low-cost letting brochure, including up-to-date photographs of the interior and local area.

Setting the standard

With limited brochure space, CiD set about capturing the atmosphere of the St James’s area to include some of the iconic local amenities such as The Ritz, Savile Row, The Royal Academy of Arts and St James’s Square. The six page ‘z’ fold design we created for 50 Jermyn Street, with local map, floor plan and quality exterior, interior and aerial photography, formed the basis for the outline structure and contents of future development agency brochures.
