Lining up a prestigious sale

Working for Colliers International and Strutt & Parker, CiD were invited to design and develop a brand and commercial brochure for No.3 St James’s Square. The area is an established office location and is home to a diverse range of global corporate occupiers such as BP and Rio Tinto; four private members’ clubs including the East India Club, the Naval and Military Club, the Canning Club, and the Army and Navy Club; the High Commission of Cyprus; the London Library; and global think tank and peace-promoter Chatham House.

Referencing the past

No.3 St James’s Square had been comprehensively refurbished to provide 51,747 sq ft of Grade A office space over lower ground, ground and eight upper floors, all multi-let to 10 tenants. CiD created both hard (for leave behind) and soft (for postage) cover brochures with a refined, corrugated horizontal emboss to reference the ribbed stone cladding finish to the interior reception and the historic stone reliefs on the exterior of the building.

Art direction and photography

Besides the creation of the identity and the design of the brochure, CiD commissioned and directed exterior and interior photography to capture the magnificent historic stone friezes on the exterior, the reception, interior offices and the exceptional views from the top floors.
