11 Cursitor Street

Space crafting a new office in EC4

Share

11 Cursitor is a beautiful, sophisticated six-floor building, with newly refurbished interiors, sitting behind a Victorian façade with an abundance of character. CiD was commissioned to refine the brand identity to give the offices a cohesive look and feel, and to produce the letting brochure, website, contravision, and a comprehensive package of external and internal signs to improve the wayfinding through the building and complement the interior.

Exclusive and refined

Working for LM Stern and Copthall Estates, we created a distinctive new logo with an exclusive and refined textured backdrop for the letting brochure and website. In addition to the internal way-finding, floor, and directional signage throughout the building, we assisted two tenants with their own corporate signs, ‘Stakester’ who required their logo applied to the facia of the building as non-illuminated external pin-mounted fret cut letters and ‘Outlier Ventures’ who wanted a signature, quality sign, consisting of individual non-illuminated, stud mounted letters with 70mm returns, mounted on an internal focal wall.

Quality and expertise

For the letting brochure and website, we redrew the floor plans and provided space planning options along with a location map of local occupiers and the history of the local area. Creative sign solutions included an opulent glass and marble directory within the reception, individual tenant sign plaques on each floor, and distinctive direction and door signage throughout the building. One of the first developments within the Copthall portfolio, Cursitor became the benchmark for quality and expertise for other buildings to follow.
