Vicarage Gate House

Redefining the South Kensington neighbourhood

Share

CiD were commissioned by Northacre working for Como Holdings to create the identity, sales brochures and website for Vicarage Gate House, a collection of 15 super-prime apartments and penthouse suits in close proximity to Kensington palace. Our work included, identity design, location photography, a 3D feature wall for the Marketing suite and various elements of corporate and directional signage.

Art direction and CGI visualisation

Working closely with Visualisation 1 and Northacre’s sales & marketing manager CiD directed photography for the internal views from a crane and art directed the final renderings of the future development. These were included in both a hardback book and a low-cost soft cover brochure of the sales particulars, that were provided to prospective buyers with individual sleeved floor plan/s in promotional bags.

Digital design

The microsite we created incorporated a private area for homeowner handover manuals specific to each apartment and a rotating 3D map and building to give potential buyers a clear idea of what they were buying. The microsite and video flythrough were displayed on screens in the Marketing suite within a specially designed feature wall by Giles Miller, that we commissioned and designed.
