The Royal Pavilion is a collection of 20 luxury apartments and penthouses at the heart of the ‘Queen Mother Square’ development in Poundbury. CiD were commissioned to create the hoarding surrounding the development and to develop marketing proposals for the launch of the development. We were introduced to the scheme by Ben Pentrith with whom we had worked with on the ‘Old Garden’, a new build Palladian style house in East Twickenham.
A big reveal
The hoarding design we created was a curtain either side of large CGIs of the new luxury property being built behind, to represent the anticipated grand opening of the development. The hoarding was intended as a piece of ‘theatre’ to change and progress in-line with the phases of the development and to celebrate its opening.
