Following the successful refresh of the Capricorn website and the new range of corporate brochures, CiD were commissioned to streamline the UX and UI of the Capricorn signature CRM system; to overhaul the aesthetics and functions of the desktop app and migrate the information dense CRM to a mobile app. The app had to take into account scalability of the ever-expanding tech services and consequently all our design changes required forward thinking to make sure future evolution of the product/s were fully anticipated. CiD working closely with the Capricorn team, introduced collapsible tables, granular filtering and friendly, easy to follow icons to produce the app and we are proud of the final outcome.
