Harford Manor

Heralding The New Country House

Share

Harford manor is a beautifully crafted house within 40 acres of prime Polo territory just outside Windsor; it is the flagship development for Quada, an award-winning bijou developer with new refreshing development ideas. The design of the house represents an entirely new approach to the classic English country house style, evolving traditional characteristics into a modern contemporary design to produce a home inline with current day lifestyles and future aspirations.

From concept to reality

Following our work on Blue Jay, a contemporary new build home in Claremont Park near Esher, Quada appointed CiD to design a book of CGIs for Harford Manor as the new build was in progress. Working with H4 we supervised changes to the CGIs and created a 300mm square layflat brochure in hardback, with new floor plans and an exclusive heat embossed leather cover. Once the house was complete, we designed a second brochure, altering the format, colour and finishes of the brochure to reflect the contemporary style of the house and to appeal to foreign markets.

Art direction and photography

Our new design utilised the drone photography expertise of Nick Ayliffe and Skyshot Global, to place the house within its rural setting and to capture the luxurious, fully furnished modern chic interiors. The final brochure of the finished house was produced as a layflat design with a foiled cushioned cover, gilt edging and place ribbon to reflect the calibre of the house and grounds.

“CiD have exceptional insight and an instinctive understanding of design; they have helped us enormously in marketing our portfolio and have produced some exceptional work to support our development programme.”
