Devonshire House is an iconic commercial office building in Mayfair opposite the Ritz Hotel. CiD were commissioned to produce a trophy book for the owners to commemorate their ownership and to assist in the sale of the building. Working with specialist teams from both Strutt & Parker and Eastdil Secured, CiD art directed new photography, created a new identity, designed and produced a presentation box and book, as well as applied retail visualisation all in an unprecedented timescale of three weeks, including print and delivery, during the month of November.
