33 Grosvenor Place is a 2,000 sq ft modern office development within a historic building in central London, directly behind Buckingham Palace facing the city. CiD were commissioned by Knight Frank working with Eastdill Secured, to provide two documents to assist the sale of the building, illustrate its iconic location and demonstrate the investment opportunity. CiD created a new identity for the building based on the ornate exterior railings and carried out an extensive photoshoot of the interior and exterior, as well as the surrounding area to produce a high-quality presentation box and exclusive hardback book and a soft cover investment proposal.
Art direction and photography
Working closely with photographer Phil Starling, we produce expansive elevations of the building devoid of traffic, exclusive twilight shots over the rear lawn of Buckingham Palace and detailed views of the Portland stone sculptural freeze of the façade, as well as local highlights of Green Park, Belgravia and Victoria. We produce an exceptional and prestigious, presentation box, hard back book and investment brochure that we are proud to have in our property portfolio.
