Knight Frank Country Houses

Capturing the spirit of success

CiD were responsible for the design and production of all the high-end property brochures for Knight Frank’s International and Country department for several years, many of which won design awards; and we set the style and design guidance for other designers and printers to follow, enabling the client to improve and unify their brochure tone of voice and to consolidate their position as one of the leading Estate Agents in the country.

Consistently unique

To market some of England’s most beautiful and exclusive country houses and estates has been exciting. Each property is unique and besides creating beautiful brochures and picture layouts that explain and sell each property, we were tasked to bring together the variety of formats, sizes and styles, and establish a set of guidelines and rules for the production of all future Knight Frank brochure types, introducing a recognisable corporate consistency without compromising the individuality of the brochure design or the unique personality of each property.

Versatile and magnetic

Within the confines of the guidance we set out, CiD created a range of hardback books, soft cover saddle-stitched brochures, both portrait and landscape, and individual designs, with bespoke finishes to accommodate additional sales information wherever necessary, such as maps and magnetic clasps used in our brochure design for the sale of the Westerdale & Rosedale Estate in North Yorkshire. We are proud of the work we have carried out for Knight Frank and delighted that the quality of our designs has been recognised and awarded.

"Corporate identity application guidance and branding rules must be versatile enough to allow brands to be creative and continue to evolve."
